Product Description

The Bosch Rexroth MSK061C-0600-NN-M3-UG0-NNNN synchronous servomotor features a standard and compact design. This motor adheres to Class 2M1 transport conditions according to EN 60721-3-2 specifications. The product features a maximum allowed shock load of 100m/s2 for 11ms. The device comprises IP 65 protection rating for its output shaft and housing. The unit permits installation both horizontally and vertically. It must be taken care that there is no fluid accumulation at the output shaft when the motor installation is done vertically with the output shaft facing upwards. The related drive controller may require additional sensors and actuators to be connected for controlling as well as monitoring the motor.

The product comes with a RAL 9005 prime black coat for its housing. The device encompasses a smooth and plain shaft that renders a backlash-free and force-fit shaft hub connection. This shaft is designed in compliance with DIN 3760 – Version A specifications. The motor shaft and bearings are subject to radial and axial forces during operation. The bearings tend to depict premature failure because of mechanical damage or increased wear. The radial force acting on the servomotor should never exceed the maximum limit. The device portrays reduced heat dissipation because of contamination. This motor is available with a year’s Wake Industrial warranty.

The product is likely to have an unacceptably high load on its bearing and shaft when extremely rigid couplings are mounted. The fixed bearing on the B side of the device tends to get damaged if the maximum allowable axial force is exceeded. Its vertical axes have to be secured against sinking or dropping after the motor is switched OFF by axis weight compensation, an external brake or mechanical locking of the vertical axis. This product is CE Certified, RoHS Compliant and cUL Recognized. The servomotor is dispatched to the desired destination in custom military-grade packaging to avoid damage during transit.
