Product Description

The MSK060B-0600-NN-S2-UG0-RSNN synchronous servomotor can be subject to a maximum axial force of 40N. The Bosch Rexroth product is intended to be fitted with only gearboxes that have a closed lubrication system. This device has a fixed bearing on its B side that tends to get damaged if the maximum allowed axial force is exceeded. It is advisable to use self-supported drive elements that can be connected to the shaft through axially compensating couplings. The unit supports a smooth shaft with a standard shaft sealing ring. The motor is CE Certified, RoHS Compliant, EAC Certified and cUL Recognized. The heat dissipation of the motor gets reduced if it is contaminated.

The motor temperature is monitored by means of a KTY84 temperature sensor to offer it the highest degree of protection against damage due to thermal overload. This temperature sensor is integrated into the windings of the servomotor and issues a warning when the motor surface temperature is 140°C. The drive controller used with this product monitors the functionality of the temperature sensor. This motor must never have salt mist on its surface during storage and transit. The device is to be transported only between a temperature ranging from -20°C to 80°C.

This motor is designed such that it is stored at room temperature in a dust-free and dry location that is free of vibrations. The cables, connectors and all other parts of the product are always meant to be visually inspected if the storage period is more than a year to ensure that they are free of damage. The device must not be subject to repeated high voltage tests as this can lead to its damage. The unit comes fitted with protective sleeves that are supposed to be removed only before the assembly is started. The servomotor is associated with a warranty period of one year and can be shipped to any destination irrespective of the country you live in.
