Product Description

The MSK050C-0300-NN-M3-UP0-NNNN is a powerful industrial synchronous motor produced by Rexroth Indramat to facilitate industrial production by converting electrical energy into kinetic energy needed by industrial production and processing machines for optimum operation. This industrial motor is a very compact device designed according to the IP65 protection class; the enclosure offers complete protection and allows for the operation of the motor in industrial areas considered unfavorable for convectional industrial devices. The MSK050C-0300-NN-M3-UP0-NNNN industrial synchronous motor features a brushless design; it also contains special permanent magnets that stimulate the rotation of the motor’s rotor through the generation of an electromagnetic field in the housing of the industrial motor.

The MSK050C-0300-NN-M3-UP0-NNNN industrial synchronous motor is not designed with an elaborate temperature regulation system as the heat it generates is effectively controlled via natural convection and the special grease-lubricated ball bearings, which are integrated at the output shaft of the motor. The MSK050C-0300-NN-M3-UP0-NNNN industrial synchronous motor can also be connected to an additional external fan unit that operates to facilitate the temperature regulation system; however, it should be noted that industrial motor equipped with these fan units can not be used for industrial applications that require continuous shock load.

The MSK050C-0300-NN-M3-UP0-NNNN industrial motor is covered with a RAL back paint which offers the external components of the industrial motor complete protection from liquid substances such as lyes, hydraulic oils, dilute acids, and dilute alkalis. The MSK050C-0300-NN-M3-UP0-NNNN industrial motor is also designed with a multi-turn absolute encoder that operates to converter the physical operation of the motor into digital signals, which can then be sent to the drive controller through the motor feedback cable.
