Product Description

The Bosch Rexroth MSK050C-0300-NN-M1-UG1-NSNN synchronous servomotor features a temperature change rate of 0.5°C/min during operation as per DIN EN 60721-3-3 specifications. The motor supports a maximum axial vibration load of 10m/s2 between 10Hz and 2,000Hz frequency. The product depicts a B05 design. This device can be installed in any position. It must be ascertained that no liquid enters the motor through the shaft when the installation is done vertically with the shaft upwards. The unit is equipped with a RAL 9005 black colored paint for its housing surface. The smooth and plain shaft of the product renders a backlash-free force-fit shaft bub connection with very quiet running.

The device is prone to damage due to intense reversing operation. The radial sealing ring on its shaft functions as an abrasive seal. This ring is highly resistant to chemicals and oils. The motor bearings as well as the shaft are subject to axial and radial forces during operation. The product is capable of withstanding a maximum axial force of 40N. The device encompasses bearings with an operating life of 30,000 hours in compliance with ISO 281 specifications. The fixed bearing of the product is likely to get damaged if the maximum supporting axial force is exceeded. The holding brake integrated into the motor is never supposed to be used for an emergency stop action. It is controlled by the associated drive controller. The synchronous motor is CE Certified, cUL Recognized and RoHS compliant. The device has to always be kept free of contamination to avoid the reduction of heat dissipation.
