Product Description

The MSK050B-0300-NN-S2-UG1-RNNN synchronous servomotor is cUL Recognized and RoHS Compliant. The Bosch Rexroth motor features four pole pairs. This product is not meant to be used under water. The drive controller used in conjunction with this device might move dangerously if there is a fault in the way the motor is controlled. The unit encompasses increased concentricity as per DIN 42955 specifications. The tensile load of its connection cables should not be exceeded, to prevent chances of explosion. The motor housing must be free of corrosion due to aggressive materials such as salt mists, cutting oils and lubricants. The faults that occur during operation should be eliminated immediately.

This product comes with an insulated construction. The device uses an encoder with an EnDat 2.1 interface. Its encoder has 1 distinguishable revolution; 2,048 signal periods and a system accuracy of +/-20 angular seconds. The unit records the indirect and absolute position of the motor with one mechanical rotation. The motor has a 6Nm holding brake. This holding brake has a rated voltage of 24V and a rated current of 0.65A. The plug of the connection cables must be pulled only after the connections are disconnected. The device is available with warranty backing for one year and is dispatched through a trustworthy vendor network.

The motor operates with derated data if its ambient conditions are exceeded. The product features a climatic category of 3K4 during operation. The device portrays a temperature change rate of 0.5°C/min when it is being used. This unit can withstand up to 1,000m/s2 radial load for a duration of 11ms. Its shaft supports a backlash-free and force-fit shaft hub connection. This shaft might get damaged due to intense reversing operation. The shaft seal of the motor is greased for a lifetime when used under normal operating conditions. The product has IP 65 protection on the flange side.
