Product Description

The Bosch Rexroth MSK040C-0450-NN-S1-UG0-NNC1 synchronous servomotor may cause injury if it is improperly handled during transit. The product handling is meant to be done using only suitable equipment such as eyebolts, chain suspensions and lifting sling belts. The protective sleeves and covers fitted on the device have to be removed only just before installation. The unit must not be subject to impact on its shaft end to avoid the possibility of getting damaged. It must be ensured that no salt mist exists on the motor surface during operation, storage and transport. The motor and its drive should be worked on only by skilled and qualified personnel.

The servomotor incorporates bolted connections for its flange mounting. These connections must be capable of withstanding the forces during operation as well as the weight of the motor. This product mounting should be done only after ensuring that all its components are free of damage. The device houses a plain smooth shaft with a standard shaft sealing ring. The motor connection must ideally be done using readymade cables provided by the manufacturer. It comes with integrated connectors that must comprise secure tightening or locking during operation.

This product comes with a C length code. The device encompasses four pole pairs. The terminal box of the unit is to be opened only for connection purposes and closed as soon as the connection is established. The power connector of the motor is placed on the terminal box thread in the right position. This product must never be commissioned if its operating state, connections or product data are faulty or unclear. The motor shutdown action should be performed only if the drive is decelerated to a controlled standstill with the help of the machine-side control commands.
