The IndraDyn S series of motors are distinguished by their high dynamics, excellent level of precision, modular construction, and max torque density, among other characteristics.

The MSK040C-0450-NN-M2-UG1-NNNK is an IndraDyn S motor servo motor manufactured by Rexroth Indramat as part of the MSK product series. It comes with an embedded encoder system. As per the design, the encoder type of the MSK040C-0450-NN-M2-UG1-NNNK is the optical encoder with a multiturn absolute interface (EnDat 2.1). The drive control device must be aware of the current motor position in order to control the motor speed and / or position the motor properly.
