Product Description

The MSK040B-0450-NN-M2-UG1-NNNN synchronous servomotor offered by Bosch Rexroth must be protected against direct light during storage. The device must never have salt mist, ice formation or condensation on its surface during transit and storage. The product incorporates an EnDat 2.1 multiturn absolute optical encoder with 2,048 increments. The unit should be installed and/or operated only in non-damaged or non-faulty condition. It must never be connected to a direct mains supply on a single-phase or a three-phase network. This device installation has to be carried out only according to the specified guidelines with the manufacturer’s accessories and cables.

This product must never be used when there is extreme temperature fluctuation or the maximum temperature is very high. The device is integrated with a 4Nm electrically released holding brake. The unit has less than 75 dBA sound pressure level. It features a thermal class of 155 as per EN 60034-1 specifications. The motor comes equipped with an insulated construction. The product uses an encoder with 4,096 distinguishable revolutions and 2,048 signal periods. The encoder also has a system accuracy of +/-20 angular seconds. The holding brake fitted on the device has a 24V rated voltage and 0.5A rated current.

The flange socket orientation of the motor can be changed by screwing a coupling on the socket. The plug of this product must be pulled and not the cable when the plug connections are disconnected. This device must be shut down to replace the damaged cables. The connectors of the unit feature IP 67 protection rating. It must be ensured that there is no fluid accumulation on the output shaft if the motor is installed vertically. The shaft sealing ring is designed using materials that are resistant to chemicals and oils.
