The MS2N07-D0BRN-BMVK2-NNANN-F1 IndraDyn S synchronous servomotor from Bosch Rexroth is an MS2N07 series motor. This device is equipped with 10 poles. The product features standard bearings and a standard flange. It has a half-key balancing keyway shaft with a shaft sealing ring in adherence with DIN ISO 21940-32 specifications. The motor disconnection temperature has a threshold value of 145°C. The unit and its fan must be checked and cleaned regularly. The synchronous motor utilizes a multiturn encoder that permits indirect absolute position recording within 4,096 mechanical rotations. The encoder supports anM40/M17 rotatable double cable electrical connection.

The servomotor has a voltage constant of 83.9V 1000min-1 +/-5% and a torque constant of 1.38NmA +/-5% at 20°C. The shaft has a frontal centering hole that features DS M10 thread according to the keyway and DIN     332-2 specifications. The brake has a standing holding-torque of 36Nm and a maximum switched energy of 850J. It can be checked automatically through the software function or mechanically by hand. The motor encompasses N type tolerance. The device features standard bearings with a lifetime that is dependent on the service life of grease on them. The product can be shipped anywhere across the world with a one-year warranty.

The firmware of the synchronous motor must be ordered separately. If a gearbox is installed on the motor, it should be of oil-proof or closed lubrication-type only. There should be no permanent contact between the shaft sealing ring and the gearbox oil. The motor is cooled through IC410 or self-cooling mechanism based on EN 60034-6 specifications. The effect of the holding brake may get reduced due to very high temperatures and overvoltages. The transferable holding torque can be measured using a torque wrench after the device is de-energized and ensuring that it cannot be restarted while being measured.
