Product Description:
The MRT530C-3N-0410-NNNN synchronous torque kit belongs to the MRT Synchronous IndraDyn T Motors series from Bosch Rexroth Indramat. Supplied as separate stator and rotor rings, it is integrated directly into machine frames that require high torque at low speed, including rotary tables, winders, and forming presses. By embedding the magnetic assembly around the load shaft, the design eliminates external gear stages and allows precise, backlash-free positioning in industrial automation lines. Because the active parts are built into the machine, the axis can remain compact while still providing a large central passage.
The rotor provides an internal bore of 410 mm, allowing large feed-throughs for cables or tooling. A minimum air gap of 0.35 mm must be maintained between active parts so magnetic performance remains consistent. To secure the rotor, a fastening pattern of 12 × M8, 18 mm deep holes is machined into the hub, and identical threaded interfaces appear on both sides to simplify assembly from either face. Despite its open architecture, the magnetic package weighs only 27.5 kg, which helps limit added mass on the driven axis. The motor is supplied as an open kit, so cooling air can reach the windings directly.
The kit must operate within its stated environmental and performance limits. With a protection class of IP00, the unit must be installed inside a user-supplied enclosure. The electromagnetic design supports a top speed of 1100 rpm before field weakening becomes necessary. Permanent magnetic attraction produces a radial pull of 2920 N and an axial pull of 565 N, while the radial load acting on the bearings during energized operation drops to 1360 N. The motor can be used where ambient temperature does not exceed 40 °C and installation altitude remains below 1000 m.
