The MRT251F-3N-0145-NNNN is a frameless permanent-magnet torque motor supplied by Bosch Rexroth Indramat under the MRT Synchronous IndraDyn T Motors series. Delivered as separate rotor and stator components, it is intended for direct integration into machine frames where slow, accurately regulated rotation is essential, such as printing cylinders, indexing tables, or winding stations. Removing mechanical transmission elements improves stiffness, reduces maintenance requirements, and allows the drive system to command torque and position with high fidelity. The frameless configuration also allows the surrounding machine structure to provide the housing, cooling arrangement, and supporting bearings required for the application.
The rotor has a peak shaft speed of 1500 rpm, so the control system must prevent operation beyond this limit. Acceleration behavior is governed by a rotor inertia of 0.08500 kg·m², which allows motion-control calculations to account for the rotor’s resistance to changes in speed.
