Product Description:
The MRT210S-3N-0130-M100 is a torque-motor stator segment manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the MRT Synchronous IndraDyn T Motors series. It is integrated into rotary direct-drive tables or spindles, where it forms the stationary phase winding. The winding interacts with a permanent-magnet rotor to produce high continuous torque without mechanical transmission elements. This direct-drive arrangement supports precise motion control while reducing the wear and maintenance associated with gearboxes, belts, and other transmission components.
With a frame size of 210, the stator is attached to the machine housing through screw fastening. Twelve mounting holes with M6 threads secure the segment and help maintain concentric alignment within the machine assembly. The closed magnetic circuit produces an axial attractive load of 195 N and a radial load of 720 N on the bearing set. The housing and bearing arrangement must accommodate these forces while maintaining the required air gap between the stator and rotor. The unit has an IP00 protection rating, so it provides no protection against contact, debris, or moisture. It must therefore be installed inside a clean, guarded enclosure that prevents conductive particles and accidental contact from reaching exposed components.
The windings and insulation tolerate storage temperatures from -20 to +60 °C, while transportation temperatures may range from -20 to +80 °C. Absolute humidity is limited to 29 g/m³. Relative humidity must not exceed 95% during storage or 75% during transportation, and the unit must not be exposed to condensation or salt mist. Installation at elevations up to 1000 m above sea level does not require additional derating. Each threaded mounting hole has a depth of 14 mm, providing sufficient engagement to maintain clamping force during thermal cycling and vibration. Storage and transportation conditions must remain within these limits to protect the winding insulation and exposed stator surfaces before installation.
