Product Description:
The MRT210C-3N-0120-NNNN is a rotor component supplied by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the MRT Synchronous IndraDyn T Motors series. As the rotating element of an IndraDyn T torque motor, it produces direct-drive motion when paired with the associated stator, eliminating the need for a gearbox in precision indexing tables, printing presses, and similar machinery. The rotor belongs to the MBT product family and is supplied in a standard configuration for screw fastening to the machine’s shaft hub.
The rotor has a mechanical frame size of 210, providing the geometric envelope needed for compatible stator housings in the series. Within that frame, the rotor has an internal diameter of 120 mm, allowing installation around a hollow shaft or through-bore coupling that can accommodate media lines, cabling, or other machine elements. The stator cooling circuit permits a maximum coolant input pressure of 6 bar to protect the cooling system against leakage or damage. Coolant must enter within a temperature range of +5 to +40 °C to support proper thermal control during operation. The rotor has an inertia of 0.023 kg·m², providing moderate resistance to acceleration while supporting smooth motion in high-resolution positioning applications.
The permitted ambient operating temperature ranges from 0 to +40 °C, and operation outside this range can adversely affect magnetic performance and component life. The permitted storage temperature ranges from -25 to +55 °C, allowing the uninstalled rotor to remain in typical warehouse or tool-room conditions. During transportation, the component can tolerate temperatures from -25 to +70 °C when it is properly packaged and protected against mechanical damage. Its open design carries an IP00 protection rating, so the assembled machine must provide suitable protection against contact, debris, and moisture. Axial screws secure the rotor hub against a machined register, helping maintain alignment and prevent movement during repeated torque cycles.
