As an open-kit rotor, it is intended for direct integration into machine frames, where it delivers high continuous torque without gearbox losses for indexing tables, printing drums, and similar automation axes. This component is part of a modular direct-drive system that allows compatible stators and cooling circuits to be matched to the mechanical envelope of the target machine. Direct integration also reduces the number of power-transmission components between the motor and the driven load.
Thermal management relies on IC3W7 water cooling, so heat is extracted through a liquid jacket rather than by airflow, enabling sustained output in confined housings. The rotor has no enclosure and provides IP00 protection; therefore, it must operate inside a sealed machine compartment that prevents contact with exposed parts. Safe mechanical operation is limited to a maximum speed of 2500 rpm, which is the upper limit for controlling centrifugal stress on the permanent magnets.
