Product Description:

Considered one of the most dynamic rotors from Rexroth’s IndraDyn T synchronous family, the MRT210A-3N-0120-NNNN boasts a robust 210A frame. With an internal diameter of 120 millimeters and a weight of 3 kilograms, this unit is made for accommodating various applications at relatively low driving speeds. When paired with MST stators with a similar body frame, this unit can deliver a consistent synchronous velocity of 270 rpm during nameplate conditions. When excited at higher DC bus voltages, this rotor, together with the stator, can achieve a synchronous driving speed of 600 Nm. Because of its large body frame, this rotor is limited for low-driving applications.

Although the MRT210A-3N-0120-NNNN has a relatively low driving speed range, it excels in transmitting optimal torque during operation. Because of its robust construction and high-quality material design, this rotor can deliver a maximum torque of 100 Nm. At rated driving conditions, the delivered torque across the shaft is around 50 Nm. Usually, rotors for AC motors employ permanent magnets to achieve low moments of inertia. Based on this product’s official datasheet, the unit’s moment of inertia is 0.012 kg(m^2). As a standard 210A rotor, the MRT210A-3N-0120-NNNN does not employ additional through holes for heat dissipation. Along with the stator’s liquid cooling system, this rotor efficiently cools during operation via convection.

To fix the MRT210A-3N-0120-NNNN on the motor body, a set of fixing screws is provided. Specifically, this rotor model uses a total of 12 fixing screws on its output side. The outer diameter of this rotor measures 130 millimeters with a maximum measurement error of 0.1 millimeters. The fixing screws, on the other hand, are spaced at equal angular intervals of 30 degrees with a maximum measurement deviation of 0.1 degree.
