Product Description:
The MRT201F-3N-0110-NNNN is a rotor component manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the MRT Synchronous IndraDyn T Motors series. It is the rotor of a torque motor in the MBT range, and it is supplied as the standard version with screw fastening to the stator. In high-torque direct-drive applications, the rotor’s permanent-magnet assembly delivers the moving magnetic field while the stator windings provide the counter field, allowing precise, backlash-free positioning on large rotary tables or coil winders.
The rotor body has no housing and therefore carries an IP00 protection rating, so the host machine must provide protection against contact, foreign objects, and moisture. Its mechanical frame size is 201, corresponding to the outside diameter and bolt circle used with compatible MBT stators. The rotor bore measures 110 mm, providing clearance for hollow-shaft cabling, pneumatic lines, or other equipment routed through the rotational axis. Its mass distribution produces a rotor inertia of 0.055 kg·m², which affects acceleration profiles and servo-loop response in direct-drive systems. Cooling is supplied by an external liquid circuit with a maximum permitted coolant inlet pressure of 6 bar, so the connected manifold must control pump pressure and protect the cooling system from excessive mechanical stress.
The assembly is intended for continuous operation at ambient temperatures from 0 to +40 °C, allowing use in temperature-controlled industrial machinery without additional ambient-air conditioning. During storage, it can withstand temperatures from -25 to +55 °C, while closed-container transportation is permitted at temperatures from -25 to +70 °C without degrading the permanent magnets. When active liquid cooling is used, the coolant inlet temperature must remain from +5 to +40 °C to protect adhesive bonds and maintain stable magnetic performance during operation.
