Product Description:
The MRT130C-3N-0055-M101 rotor is produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the MRT Synchronous IndraDyn T Motors series. It serves as the rotating mass inside a torque motor, converting stator-generated magnetic fields into continuous, low-speed, high-torque motion for direct-drive tables, roll feeders, and similar automation axes. Because torque motors couple loads directly to the shaft, this rotor helps eliminate gearboxes, improves positional accuracy, and simplifies preventive maintenance. Its C-frame geometry maintains consistent mounting interfaces with compatible IndraDyn modules.
During operation, the unit must remain within an ambient temperature range of 0 to +40 °C to keep winding resistance and magnetic flux within calculated limits. During storage, it tolerates temperatures from −25 to +55 °C, while transportation temperatures may range from −25 to +70 °C without degrading the magnet system. Liquid-cooling stability requires a permissible inlet temperature of +5 to +40 °C; remaining within this range prevents condensation and preserves lubricant viscosity in adjacent bearings. The shared coolant manifold supports a supply pressure of up to 6 bar, which accommodates long hose runs without subjecting the rotor hub seals to excessive pressure.
The mechanical frame size is 130 mm, providing the outside diameter that mates with the stator laminations and the pole-pair surface used for torque generation. The rotor has a degree of protection of IP00, so it must be installed inside a sealed motor housing before it is exposed to dust or liquids. Its rotor inertia of 0.0018 kg·m² supports rapid indexing without requiring excessive drive current during acceleration. The rotor uses screw fastening for secure attachment to the machine shaft, providing positive retention during bidirectional acceleration and deceleration.
