Product Description:
The MRT110D-0052-FG-NNNN is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the MRT Synchronous IndraDyn T Motors series. It is supplied only as the rotor component of a torque motor and must be paired with a compatible stator to form a complete motor assembly. The assembled motor generates high continuous torque for rotary tables, indexing systems, and other direct-drive industrial applications. This direct-drive arrangement can transmit motion without the backlash associated with mechanical gear reduction.
During operation, the rotor must remain within an ambient temperature range of 0 to +40 °C to preserve its magnetic properties and mechanical tolerances. The component has an IP00 protection rating, so the complete motor assembly must be installed inside a suitable machine enclosure that prevents accidental contact and the entry of foreign material. The compatible motor assembly supports liquid cooling through the stator cooling jacket. Pressure in the hydraulic cooling circuit must not exceed 6 bar, protecting the jacket and its connections from excessive loading. Coolant should enter the stator at a temperature between +5 and +40 °C, with lower inlet temperatures providing greater capacity for heat removal during continuous operation. When the rotor is not operating, it may be stored at temperatures from -25 to +55 °C. Storage conditions should also prevent condensation, corrosion, and sudden temperature changes that could affect the laminated steel or permanent magnets.
When enclosed in sealed packaging, the rotor can be transported at temperatures from -25 to +70 °C without damage to its magnetic components. Bosch Rexroth Indramat classifies the component as the rotor of a torque motor in the MBT series, indicating that it is intended for integration with the corresponding stator rather than independent operation. The product is supplied as the standard version, without application-specific balancing or preinstalled sensor options. Because the rotor contains no windings, cooling passages, or feedback sensors, these functions must be provided by the compatible stator and associated motor equipment. Before integration, the permanent magnets should be protected from impact, loose ferromagnetic particles, contamination, and contact with surfaces that could damage the rotor geometry.
