The MRS382F-2N-0230-NNNN is a frameless synchronous motor stator-rotor set produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the MRS Synchronous IndraDyn H Motors series. Delivered without an outer housing, it is intended to be pressed into the machine structure using a stepped interference-fit mounting arrangement. Once integrated, the motor supplies direct-drive motion for industrial automation tasks that demand very high torque at low rotational speeds. This gearless arrangement reduces mechanical play and provides a rigid connection to the driven equipment.
Under continuous operating conditions, the unit produces 40.9 kW of mechanical power while turning at a nominal speed of 180 rpm. To achieve this speed, the windings draw a rated current of 83.6 A and develop a sustained shaft torque of 2170 Nm. For short overloads, the electromagnetic system can raise torque to a peak of 4500 Nm when the drive supplies up to 250 A. Nine pole pairs establish the electrical frequency relationship between the stator and rotor fields. A winding resistance of 0.9 Ω determines the copper losses that must be dissipated through the surrounding machine frame. The 230 mm internal rotor diameter provides sufficient clearance for coupling to large-diameter shafts or rotary tables.

The rotor inertia is 2.41 kg·m², supporting stable motion during slow indexing and rapid load changes.
