The Bosch Rexroth Indramat MRS201C-A065-NN is part of the MRS Synchronous IndraDyn H Motors series and features an open kit motor design with IP00 protection. This motor supports an axial assembly force of 400 N and a radial assembly force of 444 N, and its rotor has an inner diameter of 65 mm. It operates in ambient temperatures from 0 to 40 °C and can be installed at altitudes up to 1000 meters.
Internal Product Review
The MRS201C-A065-NN is an open kit synchronous motor that stands out as a clean choice for integrated machine designs. IP00 construction and a 0 to 40 °C ambient range support controlled-environment installation with predictable thermal behavior. Assembly ratings of 444 N radial force and 400 N axial force highlight strong mechanical stability.

Product Description:
The MRS201C-A065-NN is a frameless synchronous motor kit produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the MRS Synchronous IndraDyn H Motors series. It is supplied as rotor and stator components that are embedded directly in the host machine, where the electromagnetic field drives rotary motion for positioning or continuous-duty tasks in industrial automation lines. Integrating the kit eliminates couplings and secondary bearings, allowing compact assembly inside precision equipment such as indexing tables and semiconductor process tools.
During installation, the kit tolerates an axial assembly load of 400 N and a radial assembly load of 444 N. These limits help prevent deformation while the rotor is pressed onto its supporting shaft. The rotor has an inner bore of 65 mm, allowing passage of service conduits or a driven shaft with sufficient wall thickness for stiffness. The protection degree of IP00 confirms that the magnetic components are exposed and must be enclosed by the user’s housing. The motor uses an Open (Kit Motor) design, so thermal management and ingress protection must be provided by the surrounding machine structure.
The unit is intended to operate in ambient temperatures from 0 °C to 40 °C, so cabinet airflow or liquid cooling may be needed when internal temperatures rise above that range. Installation elevations can reach 1000 m above sea level without derating, supporting use in most factory settings. For storage, temperatures are permitted down to -20 °C and up to 60 °C, which helps protect magnetic and insulation materials during idle periods. Long-term storage areas should not exceed a relative humidity of 95 %, while transport may occur at up to 75% with controlled packaging. An absolute moisture content ceiling of 29 g/m³ helps reduce the risk of corrosion on the stator windings during storage.
