When integrated into gantries, material-handling shuttles, or machining centers, the rail supports precise travel over a stroke determined by the installed track length. Additional secondary segments can extend the available travel for scalable industrial automation axes.
The rail is secured with screws to a chromated C45 base carrier. Its mounting holes use M6 threads, and each screw requires a tightening torque of 10 Nm to secure the assembly to the machine bed. A regular hole pattern with a pitch of 75 mm and an end-hole offset of 37.5 mm simplifies alignment between adjacent segments. The pole width matches the end-hole offset to maintain magnetic continuity along the track.
