The MLP300C-0090-FT-N0CN-NNNN is a primary section of a synchronous linear motor built by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the MLP Synchronous Linear Motors series. It contains the energized coil assembly that interacts with a passive magnet track to generate thrust directly along the axis of travel. Designed for gantry stages, pallet conveyors, and precision handling modules, the unit eliminates backlash from mechanical transmissions and delivers smooth velocity profiles. Because the drive force is produced without intermediary gearboxes or belts, the axis can respond quickly to motion commands from CNC or PLC controllers. This direct-drive layout also reduces wear points associated with rotary-to-linear conversion hardware.

Liquid cooling removes Joule heat through internal channels, and winding code 0090 identifies the conductor cross-section used. During continuous duty, the motor draws 33.3 A and produces a nominal thrust of 6720 N while moving payloads at 170 m/min. The module spans 685 mm along the track and projects 368 mm from the mounting surface, fitting beside auxiliary tooling without excess overhang. Installed mass is 77.500 kg, so the linear guides and supporting plate must carry this static weight along with application forces. Because no encoder is installed, an external linear scale or resolver must be added to close the position loop.
