The MKE118D-035-NP0-KUN is a servo motor for potentially explosive areas produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the MKE Synchronous Motors series. It supplies regulated mechanical power to process valves, mixers, and positioning tables where gas or dust can be present. A flame-proof enclosure and adherence to UL and CSA construction rules allow integration into North American installations. The motor uses winding code 035, which matches the torque and current profile required by IndraDrive controllers.

The electrical output at standstill reaches 48.0 Nm of continuous torque while drawing 29.8 A of continuous current when the windings are held 60 K above ambient. Under command, the rotor can accelerate up to 3000 min⁻¹, and each ampere contributes 1.87 Nm/A thanks to the optimized electromagnetic design. Thermal insulation class 155 F, winding inductance of 3.20 mH, resistance of 0.210 Ω, and a voltage constant of 114.5 V/1000 min⁻¹ are used for drive tuning. The overall assembly weighs 65.0 kg.
