According to ATEX standards, the MKE118B-058-DP1-KE4 is a Rexroth Indramat MKE synchronous servo motor designed for use in potentially hazardous areas. As with other MKE motors, this unit is characterized by top-notch operational reliability, overload protection, maintenance-free operations, high dynamics, easy startup, and electrical commutation. In addition, it is equipped with a shaft with a sealing ring and a keyway. The insulation class of the MKE118B-058-DP1-KE4 is 155, and it complies with the IP 65 protection category.
