The MKE047B-144-CP0-AUNN is an industrial synchronous motor produced by Rexroth Indramat for application in potentially explosive areas. This motor features a brushless design; thus, it requires very low maintenance operation. The housing of the MKE047B-144-CP0-AUNN motor can effectively protect the motor against the penetration of any solid foreign material or water jet directed at it from any angle. This industrial controller is also a very flexible industrial device that can be configured to meet the operation requirement of a broad range of industrial production systems such as the food processing system, packaging system, assembly system, and lots more. The electric commutation of the industrial motor also allows for continuous start-stop operation with high repeat frequencies.
The MKE047B-144-CP0-AUNN synchronous motor features a compact housing design that makes the installation of the motor very easy. This synchronous motor uses two main types of industrial cable; the motor feedback cable and the power cable. The motor feedback cable helps the motor to exchange digital information with the drive controller while the power cable is used to send electrical current into the industrial motor. This motor also features a multiturn absolute optical encoder that converts the motion of the synchronous motor into electronic signals, which the drive converter can interpret and use to control the operation of the industrial motor. The output shaft of the synchronous motor features a shaft key which is manufactured according to DIN 6885-1; this shaft key ensures the motor is securely connected to the industrial machine without any risk of wobbling or sudden disconnection.
The MKE047B-144-CP0-AUNN synchronous motor does not contain a holding brake; however, it can reach a peak speed of 7000 revolutions per minute while drawing a rated current of 22.1 Amperes forms the drive controllers.
