The MKE035B-144-KP0-KN is one of the most sophisticated and advanced productions of Rexroth Indaramat. This product is a permanent magnet motor, it features a compact design and operates with a high torque density, high continuous torque over a wider range of speeds, lower rotor inertia, higher dynamic performance under load, and high operational efficiency with no magnetizing current. The motor features a sophisticated encoder that converts the motion of the controller into electric signals that can be easily read by the industrial drive controller, the encoder also features a data memory which it uses to hold important operational information such as control loop parameters, motor parameters, and the motor type name. The data memory of the MKE035B-144-KP0-KN industrial motor ensures the quick and easy start-up of the motor and the easy adaptation of the motor to the drive controller without the risk of damage to the motor.
The MKE035B-144-KP0-KN industrial motor is designed according to the IP65 protection class, the enclosure of the motor allows it to withstand industrial conditions that might be considered unfavorable for conventional industrial motor series. This motor is manufactured in two main industrial designs; design “U” and design “E” which meet the European and the American quality standards respectively. Only technicians that have been well-trained and have gone through the documentation of the controller should be allowed to operate this controller.
The MKE035B-144-KP0-KN industrial motor operates according to the T4 temperature class, thus it can withstand a surface temperature as high as +135 degrees Celsius. Above this surface temperature, the PTC resistors integrated into the motor shut down the motor to prevent the damage of the internal components of the drive controller.
