The MKD090B-047-KG0-KN is a Brushless, Industry –grade Digital Servo Motor. This motor can be coupled with an appropriate model and version of Rexroth digital intelligent derive controller for the contrition of a cost-effective, efficient automation system with a broad range of functionalities. The MKD090B-047-KG0-KN has a characteristic speed of 3200 rpm whereas its rated speed is 3500 rpm. This model is designed to produce a maximum torque of 12 Nm while operating in natural cooling mode with 60K motor over-temperature. However, you can operate this motor to achieve a maximum torque of 15.0 Nm in surface cooling mode with either 60K or 100K motor winding over-temperature. For extreme conditions, a separate radial cooling device can also be acquired for this motor.

The rated nominal voltage for the MKD090B-047-KG0-KN is AC 230 ±10% or AC 115 ±10%. The feedback mechanism incorporated in this model works on the inductive principle and can operate with a system accuracy of ±8 angle minutes. With its resolver feedback and integrated absolute encoder, a position resolution of up to 32768 rotations can be achieved. In its offered configuration holding brake is not provided as an integral component of the motor. However, customers can acquire holding brakes separately as an option.

For power and motor feedback connections, this model comes equipped with a sealed, larger-than-usual terminal box. Technicians can easily access all motor connections by removing the lid of the termination box. This model has maintenance-free, pre-greased bearings that do not require any periodic maintenance. The MKD090B-047-KG0-KN has a 140 mm frame and its centering diameter is 110 mm. This synchronous motor is designed to meet with IP65 requirements.
