The MKD112D-024-KP2-AN is a servo motor designed for position and speed control tasks in the industry. This motor is used in conjunction with the drive control systems produced by Rexroth. When this motor is used with the intelligent drive control systems, the position control loop of the motor works in conjunction with the internal position control loop of the drive controllers. As a result, the actual and programmed values of operational parameters can be continuously compared in real-time. This model is also equipped with grease lubricated bearings that are pre-lubricated and can sustain high radial loads due to a modified bearing design. Because of these bearings, it is possible to mount belt pulleys and pinions in an overhung position. Owing to a positive torque to inertia mass ratio, this servo motor finds its application in areas where loading conditions are changing continuously.
The MKD112D-024-KP2-AN comes with F-class insulation materials that have the capability to sustain very high temperatures. F class insulation materials are known to have a temperature tolerance of up to 311 ᵒF. This servomotor proves to be a reliable platform for packaging machines, handling equipment, paper manufacturing machines, paper printing equipment, food packaging industries, etc. Owing to special permanent magnets, it is possible for this low inertia motor to execute high-speed start-stop movements with very high accuracy. Peak torque utilization is possible at a variety of motor speeds. The motor can be installed in any required position.
