The MKD112D-024-GP3-BN is a three-phase servo motor engineered by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the MKD Synchronous Motors series. Built for closed-loop industrial drive systems, it delivers commanded torque directly to machine axes and remains synchronized with the associated drive controller during changes in load and speed. This arrangement supports accurate motion in packaging lines, printing presses, and material-handling modules where repeatable positioning and stable speed control are required throughout normal production cycles. Because it is intended for servo operation, the drive can adjust current continuously to follow acceleration, deceleration, and dwell segments without losing axis coordination.
At standstill, the motor can exert a continuous torque of 48.0 Nm, allowing static loads to be held without thermal overload. The square IEC flange measures 192 mm, and its 130 mm centering pilot aligns the housing accurately on the machine interface.
