The MKD112C-058-GG2-BN is a state-of-the-art industrial AC motor produced by Rexroth Indramat to serve as a cost-effective solution to the production of kinetic energy for industrial production processes. This industrial motor is renowned for its durability and its ability to operate over a broad speed range. The MKD112C-058-GG2-BN motor is also highly efficient in its application; it can reach a maximum speed of about 4000min-1 while using a peak current of 239Amperes. The MKD112C-058-GG2-BN motor connects to the intelligent digital drive controller through a motor feedback cable and the power cable; the drive controller ensures the motor’s operation matches the configuration parameters determined by the operator.
The MKD112C-058-GG2-BN is highly portable and easy to install; it is only about 526 millimetres long and about 192 millimetres wide. Apart from those designed for food processing operations, all other MKD112C-058-GG2-BN motors supplied by Rexroth Indramat are painted with a prime coat black which is resistant to liquid, acidic, or alkanoic substance. The power cable and feedback cable of this motor enter the motor through a connection box which is designed to face the side B of the motor. The MKD112C-058-GG2-BN motor uses an internal air blower to regulate the temperature in the motor’s housing unit. The motor’s flange socket cover can be replaced with a sealing air connecter which creates overpressure in the motor’s housing, thus preventing substances like lubricating oils and coolants from entering the motor’s housing and disrupting the motor’s operation.
