Product Description:
The MKD112C-024-KP0-RN synchronous motor produced by Bosch Rexroth features a completely closed design and an IP 65 degree of protection. This makes it possible to use the motor under adverse environmental conditions. The device encompasses overload protection due to its motor temperature-monitoring capability. The product may require the connection of extra sensors and actuators for its monitoring and controlling. It must not be used for applications that are not specified by the manufacturer. The unit should also not be made to work underwater. The motor should be allowed to function only if the application that it is used for adheres to the concerned national EMC regulations.
The motor must not be activated for even a brief period without a permanent connection of the ground wire. The electric drive, as well as filter components used with the product, should be worked on only after five minutes of switching OFF the power supply.
