The MKD112C-024-KP0-LN Bosch Rexroth synchronous motor can be fitted with GTS or GTP series planetary bearings. These low-weight bearings encompass gear teeth with low-play and high torsional strength. The motor features an encoder connection and a power connector that comprises the connection for a holding brake and a temperature sensor. The plugs and cables for connecting the device must be bought separately. It is equipped with four pole pairs. The output direction of the power connector is towards the left side of the unit. The electric connection of the motor should be done only by qualified technical personnel.
This digital motor can be connected to a blower using a three-core connection cable with a minimum cross-section of 0.75mm2. The setup must be at a height of 1,000m above sea level. The device is capable of carrying loads only if they are shock-decoupled. It can be installed in any position. This unit comes with a RAL 9005 black prime coat. The motor shaft may get damaged or deformed due to intense reversing operation and can result in breakage. The design of the product’s radial shaft sealing ring is based on DIN 3760 specifications. The materials used to manufacture this shaft are resistant to chemicals and oils. This synchronous motor is available with warranty support for one year.
The motor shaft and bearings are subject to both axial and radial forces during operation.
