The MKD112C-024-KG3-LN model provides high performance when used in conjunction with an digital intelligent drive controller. The motor is suitable to be used as a servo and the main spindle drive motor in various automation and handling systems. The MKD synchronous motor is designed to operate at the AC supply voltage of 372 – 404 V at the rated frequency of 167 Hz. The motor delivers 5.2 – 14.1 kW of power while operating at the nominal speed of 2500 rpm. The model usually uses natural air for cooling purposes but it is also supplied with a surface cooling option that allows it to operate under extreme load conditions. The winding code of the motor is 024 and it generates 0.44 Ohm of resistance at 20 degree Celsius. The MKD synchronous motor housing is painted with a prime black coat and it comes with a protection rating of IP65. The motor has the ability to operate at the maximum speed of 4500 rpm. The motor is equipped with a plain output shaft (with shaft sealing rings).
