The MKD112C-024-KG2-AN is a sophisticated industrial motor produced by Rexroth Indramat. The motor is an electronic commutated motor; it is energy efficient and operates with superior performance compared to the conventional industrial motor. The motor is available in B05 industrial design; thus, it can be installed in the IM B5, IM V1, and IM V2 installation position according to EN 60034-7:1993. The motor is also covered with a special prime coat black, which protects it against weather, coloring, chalking, diluted acids, and diluted lyes. Operators that require the MKD112C-024-KG2-AN motor for special operation can request an uncoated motor; however, the torque data for the uncoated motor reduces by 15-20 percent. The multiturn encoder integrated with this motor can effectively detect more than 4096 revolutions during motor operation.
