The MKD112C-024-GG3-LN model reflects the state-of-the-art technology of Rexroth Indramat through its high operational reliability. The MKD synchronous motor comes with electrical communication which allows continuous start-stop operation with high repeat frequencies and it is also named as a permanent magnet motor. The motor can be installed into IM B5, IM V1, and IM V3 mounting positions. A radial shaft sealing ring made up of Fluorocaoutchouc, also known as FPM (Viton), is used in this model to prevent oil leakage. The MKD synchronous motor comes with a plain output shaft and a standard bearing is placed in it to bear the permissible radial load. The average service life of the motor bearing is approximately 30,000 operating hours (under normal operating conditions). The motor takes electrical connection through the respective drive controller and it operates at the supply voltage of 372 – 404 V (supply voltage requirement varies between natural and surface cooled model). The motor winding code is 024 and it generates the rated torque of 16.6 – 44.1 Nm at the continuous current of 8.2 – 21.8 A.
The model MKD112C-024-GG3-LN comes with a fixed-mounted temperature sensor which provides overload protection. The model has the ability to produce the maximum torque of 148 Nm while operating at the peak current of 120 A at the maximum speed of 4500 rpm.
