The MKD112B-073-KP1-RN is a high quality servo motor used for advanced speed control and positioning tasks. The output direction can be turned by 90 ᵒ. The speed and position of the motor can be controlled effectively because of an encoder that feeds the motor position data to the drive controllers. Appropriate signals are fed to the drive control system by the motor encoder. The encoder electronic comes with an inbuilt data memory. The data memory is capable of storing information like control loop parameters, motor type names, and motor parameters.

Owing to data memory, it is possible for the drive control system to read data and facilitate quick motor start-up and adjustment between the drive controller and motor without risking any damage to the motor. This servomotor also comes with a secondary braking mechanism i.e a hilding brake. The holding brake makes it possible to clamp the shaft in a fixed position when the motor is de-energizing. The holding brake is exposed to a magnetic force that closes the brake when required. The brake instantly opens and is released through an 'electrically releasing' mechanism. The outer body of this servo motor is protected from surface damage caused by diluted lyes and diluted acids. The prime coat black RAL 9005 protects the motor's surface against coloring and chalking.
