Product Description:

The Bosch Rexroth MKD112B-073-GP0-AN is a synchronous servo motor. Feedback for the connected digital controller is sent from an on-board resolver. The feedback connection and power connection can be found on side A of the motor. Shaft on the MKD112B-073-GP0-AN includes key according to DIN 6885-1. The shaft also includes a sealing ring. Holding brake, if required, needs to be ordered separately for the MKD112B-073-GP0-AN motor. MKD motors such as the MKD112B-073-GP0-AN which have a winding code of C can only be used with Indramat controllers which have 300 Volts rated DC bus. The motor flange size is 192 millimeters and the motor centering diameter is 130 millimeters. At standstill, the motor torque rating is 28 Nm. Bosch provides detailed speed-torque curves for MKD motors for 60K housing overtemperature and 100K winding overtemperature.

For 60K, the motor data and speed-torque curves are determined at 45 degrees Celsius ambient temperature, insulated structure, and permissible housing overtemperature of 60K. For 100K, the motor data and speed-torque curves are determined at 40 degrees Celsius ambient temperature, non-insulated structure, and permissible winding overtemperature of 100K. Housing of the MKD112B-073-GP0-AN is painted in prime black coat. The motor insulation class is F as per DIN VDE 0530 Part 1. Protection category of the motor enclosure is IP 65. Unused motors should be kept at a location where they will be protected from corrosive elements and from vibrations which could cause damage. Temperature at the storage location should be managed so that it stays between -20 and 80 degrees Celsius. Temperature at the location where the motor is being operated should be managed so that it stays between 0 and 40 degrees Celsius. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
