The MKD112B-058-GP2-BN is a highly functional servo motor platform that is used for industrial motion control tasks. The motor forms an excellent drive package when combined with the state of the art drive controllers produced by the company. It is possible to operate this motor at a maximum speed of 4500 rpm. A highly precise control over speed, torque, and position is possible when the position control loop of this motor is integrated with the position control loop of the drive controllers. This allows the mapping of real and actual programmed values and enables the correction of errors in real time. This servo motor uses the F class insulation materials that can resist very high temperatures. Class F insulation materials can sustain a maximum temperature of 311 ᵒF. Four pole pairs have been used in this model and its maximum theoretical torque is 102 Nm.
The MKD112B-058-GP2-BN’s suitable installation height is 1000 meters above sea level.
