Product Description:

Bosch Rexroth has earned a name for being a trust-worthy motion control company that has contributed greatly to the rise of automation technologies. It has a wide array of products that are backed by well-drafted documentation and an amazing customer service. The MKD AC Servo Motor range is an important part of Rexroth’s fleet of motion control products. It offers users high power density motors that come in a compact design. For industrialists, they are highly useful for applications such as tool handling, packaging, robotics etc.

The MKD112B-024-KP1-AN servo motor is an impressive machine. Its naturally cooled variants, 60K and 100K, offer medium torque outputs. The surface cooled version, 60K/100K, which has an air blower unit installed for enhanced cooling properties, produces a considerably higher amount of torque. All three versions are company-rated to operate at a speed of 3,500 RPM. At this speed, the 60K, 100K, and surface cooled motors produce a rated torque of 8.8Nm, 21.6Nm, and 31.0Nm while consuming a power of 3.9kW, 9.9kW, and 13.8kW respectively. These motors can go up to a speed of 4,000 RPM and produce a maximum torque of 102Nm.

This motorsports a design that meets the requirements set by the IP65 protection degree. It can be installed in harsh work environments containing fine dust particles and high-pressure water jets without the fear of any penetration into the motor’s internal structure. Furthermore, engineers are instantly notified if the motor is overheating owing to the temperature sensor integrated into its body. A multiturn absolute encoder is part of the package as well to enable real time communication with the motion driver. It works in conjunction with the resolver feedback mechanism installed in the motor’s circuitry. A DIN 6885-1 keyway and a shaft sealing ring are also design elements of this MKD motor variant. These features make it very easy for technicians to attach the output shaft with other devices. A 22 Nm holding brake keeps the shaft in position when the motor is not powered. The MKD112B-024-KP1-AN AC Servomotor by Bosch Rexroth is a one of its kind motion control solution that is your gateway to uplifting productivity!
