The Bosch Rexroth MKD112B-024-KP0-LN industrial AC motor is a unique motor designed to supply mechanical energy to industrial systems with high energy requirements. This motor is manufactured by Rexroth Indramat, it features a compact design and can broad speed ranging from about 500 to 4500 revolutions per minute. The shaft of the MKD112B-024-KP0-LN motor is integrated with a special keyway according to DIN 6885-1, this key helps to connect the rotating machine components firmly to the motor’s shaft. The motor does not contain a holding brake it however features a multiturn absolute encoder that converts the physical operation of the motor into digital signals. The drive controller uses this signal to control the operation of the motor, in the case of any error in the motor, the drive controller alerts the operator by displaying an appropriate error message on the display unit.
The MKD112B-024-KP0-LN industrial motor is covered with a prime coat black which protects it from acidic, alkaline, and salty liquid substance.
