The unit converts controlled three-phase supply from a drive into mechanical rotation for positioning axes, conveyors, and handling modules within automated cells. This model combines a size 112 stator with length code A for medium-inertia loads that require repeatable speed and torque regulation. It is suited to machines that need stable motion control during indexing, transport, and positioning tasks.
At standstill it sustains a continuous torque of 15.0 Nm, permitting stable holding force without overheating during clamping or dwell phases. The square flange measures 192 mm, giving a mounting footprint compatible with planetary gearboxes and standard machine frames. Alignment against the driven load is set by a 130 mm centering diameter, which supports concentric mounting and helps reduce radial runout. The housing carries an IP65 rating, so internal windings are protected from dust and low-pressure water jets. The windings use class F insulation, allowing conductor temperatures up to 155 °C before thermal derating is required.
