Product Description:

The MKD093C-058-KG1-AF is a Bosch Rexroth servo motor with integrated 22 Nm holding brake. Operating specifications for the motor include 6000 RPM maximum speed, 23 Nm rated torque for convection cooling mode, 43.7 Nm rated torque for liquid cooling mode, 28.3 Amps rated current for convection cooling mode, 53.8 Amps rated current for liquid cooling mode, 82.7 Volts / 1000 RPM voltage constant and 0.91 Nm/A torque constant. The voltage constant/ torque constant specifications are valid for 20 degree Celsius ambient temperature. Features supported by the MKD093C-058-KG1-AF include resolver feedback with integrated multiturn absolute encoder, plain shaft with shaft sealing ring, and power / encoder connector on side A. The motor enclosure is IP 65 rated and is painted in prime black coat.  Insulation rating of the motor is F as per DIN VDE 0530.

Recommended operating conditions for the MKD093C-058-KG1-AF include maximum installation elevation of 1000 meters and 0 to 45 degrees Celsius temperature. The motor can be operated at up to 55 degrees Celsius but with output derating to 80% of rated values. The motor can be operated at elevations that exceed 1000 meters but with output derating. At 3000 meters the output of the motor derates to approximately 70% of rated values. If either the ambient temperature or the installation height exceed recommended values, then the torque data should be multiplied by the utilization factor. It should also be ensured that the reduced torque data does not exceed the application requirements. Handing of the motor during transport and / or installation should be performed according to manufacturer guidelines provided in the motor manual. Failure to do so can lead to equipment damage. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
