Product Description:
The Bosch MKD093C-035-GP0-BF is a Rexroth MKD servo motor. Maximum speed for the MKD093C-035-GP0-BF is 4500 RPM. The motor also supports resolver feedback and a shaft with seal as per DIN 6885-1 with shaft sealing ring. Connector for power / encoder connection is located on side B. Integrated holding brake is not supported on the motor but can be ordered if required. Work on system comprising of the motor and servo drive should only be carried out by trained technical personnel. All personnel involved in installation, maintenance and operations should be familiar with the contents of the product documentation. All warning and safety notices highlighted in the motor documentation should be noted. MKD motors comply with design B5 as per DIN 42950. Tools, measuring / test equipment and auxiliary materials should be procured prior to mounting.
All clean components of the MKD093C-035-GP0-BF should be controlled. Damaged components should be proofed and should not be mounted. The motor mounting should be carried out in a dry and clean environment. Holder for the motor flange should be free of burrs. Four M10 size screws are recommended for motor mounting. The recommended tightening torque is 51 Nm and the minimum strength is 8.8. Bosch recommends that the screwed motor connections should be able to sustain the force of the motor and the forces which come into effect during motor operation. The motor can be connected after mounting is completed. Skilled electricians should be tasked with carrying out the motor connections. The system should be de-energized prior to starting the work. Open mating sides for power plugs should be provided with safety caps to minimize risk of electric shock. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
