The MKD090B-085-KP1-BN model is also known as a permanent magnet motor and it uses electrical communication which allows continuous start-stop operations with high repeat frequencies. The MKD synchronous motor is intended to provide high functional reliability and high overload capability. A temperature measuring sensor is placed in the winding of the motor which provides overload protection. The MKD synchronous motor takes electrical power from the A1, A2, and A3 terminals of the respective drive controller. The motor comes with a B-side power connector which is located at the top of the motor. The model is equipped with a holding brake which generates a holding torque of 22 Nm while operating at the continuous current of 0.71 A, and supply voltage of 24 VDC with ±10% tolerance.
