The MKD090B-085-KP1-AN model represents the modern development of Rexroth Indramat and the MKD synchronous motors by Rexroth Indramat are trusted by customers around the globe. The motor takes electrical connection through a power connector which is located at the top of the motor with the power delivery to side-A. The motor comes with a winding code of 085 and a B05 flange design which allows it to be installed in any desired mounting position. The permissible types of installation are IM B5, IM V1, and IM V3. A prime coat black is applied at the housing of the motor to provide protection against adverse weather effects, coloring, and diluted acids whereas, for special use (food industry) the specially designed motor (without painted) is supplied to the customer. The 24 VDC holding brake is placed in this model which produces 22 Nm of holding torque while operating at the rated current of 0.71 A. The clamping and release time of the holding brake is 13 microseconds and 30 microseconds.
The model MKD090B-085-KP1-AN is equipped with grease lubricated bearings which can withstand high radial loads and the service life of the bearing is approximately 30,000 operating hours. The resolver feedback with an integrated multi-turn absolute encoder is used for indirect position detection within 4096 motor revolutions. The output shaft (with radial shaft sealing rings), balanced with a key, is placed in this model which makes it eligible to be used in various automation systems and machine tools. An optional blower unit is supplied with this model for surface cooling during extreme load conditions. The motor housing comes in IP 65 protection rating. The permissible temperature for the synchronous motor is 0 to +40 degree Celsius. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
