The MKD090B-085-KP0-AN digital synchronous motor is one of the multiple MKD series of such motors. This Bosch Rexroth AC motor should always be kept dry in horizontal orientation without any load during transport and storage. It must be transported using cranes equipped with lifting sling belts. The product complies with design B5 as per DIN 42950 specifications. The motor flange holder should be checked to see that it is free of burrs before the device is mounted. This flange must be fixed using four M10 screws with 51Nm tightening torque. The plug connectors of the unit should be connected and disconnected only in the dry and de-energized state. They have to be securely tightened when the motor is in use.
The motor must be aligned and mounted correctly before operation. The electric connections for this product should be done as per the manufacturer’s specifications. Its cable screw unions must also be tightened. The device functionality tends to get adversely affected due to excessive dust, dirt or shavings. The bearings of the unit have a lifespan of 30,000 hours according to DIN ISO 281 specifications. The product features high overload capability because of ideal heat dissipation from the windings of the stator to the exterior wall of its housing. The motor is shippable to any country across the globe.
The device must be installed at an altitude of 1,000m over sea level. The unit is operated in paper and food processing industries.
