The MKD series is a line of motors created and designed by the drive and control company known as Rexroth Bosch Indramat. These high performance motors deliver excellent value and are built to run for years, or even a decade, without worrying about maintenance. MKD motors, like the MKD071B-035-KP1-KN-SA001, are Digital AC Synchronous Motors with a permanent-magnet and communicate through electronic means.
The MKD071B-035-KP1-KN-SA001 has a special SA001 design for better functionality. The drive also has a winding code of 035. The power connection for the MKD071B-035-KP1-KN-SA001 uses a connection box that can be positioned to either side A or side B. The MKD071B-035-KP1-KN-SA001 has an output shaft with keyway per DIN 6885-1 and uses a radial shaft sealing ring to protect it from possible fluids splashing on the motor.
