Working with a matched digital controller, the motor transforms programmed current into predictable torque so multiple stations can stay synchronized, limit scrap, and keep throughput at set cycle times. A centering pilot of 50 mm keeps the housing concentric with the machine frame to control radial runout. At standstill, it delivers 2.7 Nm of continuous torque, allowing the axis to hold moderate loads without rising above permissible temperature. Rotor angle is returned through resolver feedback, which supplies analog sine-cosine signals for commutation and position tracking.
