The MKD041B-144-FG0-KN model can be mounted in any desired position such as IM B5, IM V1, and IM V3. The MKD synchronous motor provides high operational reliability with extreme precision. The model is designed to operate at the rated voltage of 115 – 170V and delivers the rated torque of 1.4 – 1.5 Nm at the rated speed of 3000 – 4500 rpm. The MKD synchronous motor generates the continuous torque of 2.7 Nm at the continuous current of 7.5 A with the 60K increase in housing temperature whereas, with the 100K increase in winding temperature the motor will generate the continuous torque of 2.9 Nm at the continuous current of 8.2 A. The winding code of the motor is 144 having 5 mH of winding inductance. The motor comes with 3 pole pairs and the total weight of the motor is 4.4 kg.
The model MKD041B-144-FG0-KN is equipped with a plain shaft (with shaft sealing rings) to deliver the rated power of 0.52/0.88 kW while operating at the rated current of 2.8/3 A. The model uses resolver feedback for motor feedback and the model comes without a holding brake. A junction box with a B-side power connection is used for electrical connection. The motor is protected by IP65 protection class which protects it from ingress of dirt and low-pressure water jets. The permissible ambient temperature range for the motor is 0 to 40 degree Celsius and it can be installed at the maximum altitude of 1000 meters above sea level.
