The MKD041B-143-GG0-KN is an AC Servo Motor manufactured by Rexroth Indramat to generate kinetic energy for industrial applications. This unique servo motor is particularly useful in industrial environments that might be unfavorable for other series of servo motors. The servo motor features some of the latest and most sophisticated technological designs, such as the stator windings, which help in heat dissipation. It also features lubricated grease bearings that help reduce the frictional heat produced at the servo motor's shaft. Some advantages of the MKD041B-143-GG0-KN servo motor over other types of servo motors include high service life, brushless design, high durability, and lots more. The servo motor is delivered with a special flange that makes the installation of the servo motor very easy and straightforward.
The MKD041B-143-GG0-KN servo drive operation can be carried out under two distinct temperatures: the 60 Kelvin housing temperature and the 100-kelvin winding overtemperature. At the 60-kelvin housing temperatures, the MKD041B-143-GG0-KN servo motor uses a rated current of 1.6 Amperes, rotates at a rated speed of 3000min-1, and generates a rated power output of 0.32 kilowatts. However, at 100-kelvin winding overtemperature, the rated current of the servo motor is 2.8 Amperes, the rated speed is 3000min-1, while the rated power output of the drive is 0.54 kilowatts. The servo motor can rotate at a maximum speed of 7500min-1 while drawing a maximum current of 34 Amperes.
