Product Description:
The MKD025B-144-KP0-KN motor is presented to you by Rexroth Bosch and will provide the superior quality build that we have all come to expect and love from the manufacturer. This permanent magnet motor provides low inertia masses and high operational reliability thanks to its technology and construction. The unit is easy to install, use and maintain. This is all due to the motor’s brushless design which allows you to expect maintenance-free operation for the entire service life of the unit.
The MKD025B-144-KP0-KN motor can be used in machines in the handling and automation fields as well as in machine tools, packaging machines, printing machines, paper processing machines, and food industry machines. This motor features a 54mm flange and a centering diameter of 40mm. At standstill, the motor can provide continuous torques of between 0.4 to 0.9 Nm. This Bosch motor is equipped with an integrated encoder system that controls the position and speed of the motor. It is this motor feedback which gives the drive controller the appropriate signals so that it can always have the current position of the motor ensuring optimum operation at all times.
The MKD025B-144-KP0-KN features resolver feedback (RSF) with an integrated multi-turn absolute encoder. This allows for absolute detection of position with more than 4096 revolutions. This part does not feature holding brakes, this helps to clamp the servo axis. The clamping of the servo axis can be done when the machine is in a current state of de-energization and this is not a feature for this motor denoted by the “0” in the part type code name. This magnet motor does feature a connection box output direction.
